How our reseller systems work.

DW Alliance offers multiple reseller methods to help our clients maximize their channel partners leads. Our reseller methods for tracking can be as simple as a link from a site to fully branded(private label) and functional shopping carts that allow your resellers to have their resellers. A migration path for resellers as they grow can help your resellers expand their offerings.


level 1 resellers: are not branded and they(the reseller) pay for all their end users directly, billing info and other employee data is hidden from the end users but they are able to administer their accounts and services


level 2 resellers: are branded and they(the reseller) pay for all their end users directly, billing info and other employee data is hidden from the end users but they are able to administer their own accounts and services, special setup is needed for the level 2 resellers to configure their branding


level 3 resellers: are not branded but their end users pay directly, the reseller is in our system as an affiliate the affiliate gets paid a commission based on the purchases of their referrals, other compensation models are available


level 4 resellers: are branded but their end users pay directly, the reseller is in our system as an affiliate the affiliate gets paid a commission based on the purchases of their referrals, other compensation models are available, special setup is needed for the level 2 resellers to configure their branding


Levels 1-2: are able to generate custom bills for each of their end users


level 5 resellers: are branded, are typically big, may have their own resellers as well as end users this type of reseller would most likely have their own merchant account


level 6 owner: an owner can have resellers 1 through 4 with summarized and itemized reports and admin access to services of their resellers and their end users a level 5 reseller is linked to the level 6 at the brand layer, this access allows the owner to see and bill for usage that is summarized but does not allow itemized billing or management of reseller services
