| How do I print a batch of test tickets and badges?|

1. Login to the CRM.
2. Select event(or program) reports from the action menu.
3. Click Generate Report beside the event(or program).
4. Find the 'Badges and Tickets' form(middle left hand side).
5. Select 'Badges(PDF only)'.
6. Check the boxes that apply AND 'Only Print a Batch of Test Tickets'.
7. From the global options form (middle right hand side) click submit. At this point either Adobe Acrobat, its plugin or a download, or an open dialog box should open.
NOTE: Unfortunately the opening of pdf's is heavily dependent on your operating system, browser and browser plugin configuration. Streaming pdf's are not supported by Internet Explorer.
